One of Pemberton's wonderful Hybrid Musks, from 1924. In our climate Penelope develops a subtle palette of very romantic creams, buffs, peachy-pinks -- in hotter climes it fades more quickly to white. A robust, spreading bush, it is a very good addition to any garden.
